PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Bank card payments are processed via PayLink.kz. We accept VISA and MasterCard. Online payment services are carried out in accordance with the rules of international payment systems, ensuring payment security and data confidentiality through modern encryption and secure communication channels.

Card details are entered on a secure payment page provided by PayLink.kz. You will need to provide your card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and the three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). You will then be redirected to your bank's page to enter a 3DSecure code sent to you via SMS. If you do not receive the 3DSecure code, please contact your card-issuing bank.

Reasons for payment failure: 1.1. The bank card is not authorized for online payments (please contact your bank for details). 1.2. There are insufficient funds on the bank card. 1.3. The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, email, bank card number) is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed. Your credit card data is transmitted only in an encrypted format and is not stored on our web servers.

For purchases made with a bank card, cash refunds are not permitted. The refund process is governed by the rules of international payment systems, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the public offer agreement between the User and Basilic.

If a refund request is approved, Basilic will return the funds exclusively to the original bank card or account used for the initial payment. The actual crediting of funds may take some time depending on the internal processing regulations of your bank or card issuer.
