PAYMENT PROCEDURE DESCRIPTION
Payments by bank cards are processed via PayLink.kz. VISA and MasterCard are accepted. Online payment services are carried out in accordance with the rules of the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard, based on principles of confidentiality and security. For this purpose, the most advanced methods of verification, encryption, and secure data transmission channels are used.
Bank card details are entered on a secure payment page of PayLink.kz. On this page, you will be required to enter the card number, cardholder’s name, expiration date, and the three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All required details are printed on the card. The three-digit security code is located on the back of the card.
You will then be redirected to your bank’s page to enter the 3D Secure code, which will be sent to you via SMS. If you do not receive the 3D Secure code, please contact the bank that issued your card.
Cases of payment refusal:
1.1. The bank card is not enabled for online payments. Please contact your bank for details.
1.2. Insufficient funds on the bank card. Please contact your issuing bank for more information.
1.3. Incorrect bank card details entered.
1.4. The bank card has expired. The expiration date is usually indicated on the front of the card (month and year). For more information, please contact your issuing bank.

The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, email, bank card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Your credit card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our web server.
REFUND POLICY
When paying by card, refunds in cash are not permitted. The refund procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems, as well as by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the agreement concluded between the user and Basilic.
If you are eligible for a refund, Basilic will return the funds to the same account used for the payment. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refund processing times depend on the payment method and region of residence. Estimated refund period: up to 15 business days for:
- Major bank cards (including prepaid cards)
- Various other payment methods
- Apple Pay
